What To Expect
Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is the cornerstone of the overall service landscape we are offering. The client’s needs, scope, and desires are learned to understand the breadth and depth of the issue to ascertain from a collaborative perspective if a partnership is achievable. Governmental compliance and/or guidelines are discussed and incorporated. This includes strategizing with alignment of TSA, CISA, PHMSA, MTSA and/or CFATS regulations and guidelines in mind. The consultation will be the catalyst to evaluate if our service offerings are in line with your organization’s needs.
Physical Security Assessments
Once agreement is reached a security assessment or security vulnerability assessment will be performed. The focus of these assessments is typically centered around high-risk personnel, buildings, and facilities but can be tailored specifically for each client.
Risks and Vulnerabilities
Mitigation Recommendations
Written mitigation recommendations and potential options will be presented in a tiered system based on criticality and/or compliance considerations. An in-person or digital review of findings and recommendations can be delivered upon completion of your organization’s security assessment.
Priority Consulting
Ongoing consultations are offered to leverage the physical security leaders’ and direct reports’ most valuable asset – time. Contracted time is available for consultation in case of emergency, resource constraints, and knowledge deficits.
